These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Délisia Panino & Espresso website (delisia.au), as well as any in-store purchases, catering orders, grazing box bookings and related services provided by Délisia Panino & Espresso ABN ("Délisia", "we", "us", "our").
By placing an order, submitting a catering enquiry, or engaging with our services in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, modify, or commercially exploit any of the above without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use of our intellectual property will be pursued to the full extent permitted by Australian law.
⚠ Important: Délisia Panino & Espresso handles products containing gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts (including tree nuts and peanuts), soy, sesame, sulphites, and other major allergens. While allergen information is displayed in-store and on our Casa Délisia grazing allergen cards, cross-contamination cannot be fully prevented in our kitchen environments.

Délisia Panino & Espresso accepts no liability for any allergic reaction, adverse health event, or injury resulting from the consumption of our products where allergy or dietary information has not been disclosed by the customer. We strongly encourage customers with severe allergies to consult directly with our team before placing any order.
All catering enquiries submitted via our website or email are requests only and do not constitute a confirmed booking. For online catering box orders, full payment is required at the time of purchase via our Square ordering platform. For enquiry-based catering (custom orders, Casa Délisia Grazing experiences), a booking is confirmed upon written confirmation from our catering team.
Full payment is required at the time of ordering. Catering boxes may be purchased directly via Square. For bespoke or enquiry-based orders, our team will confirm payment details upon booking confirmation. We do not accept orders on credit or payment-on-delivery terms.
Catering orders require a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Orders placed with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Casa Délisia Grazing experiences may require additional lead time.
As all catering orders are prepared fresh to order, cancellations and changes cannot be guaranteed once an order is placed. Refunds are provided at the sole discretion of Délisia Panino & Espresso. We reserve the right to decline refund requests where preparation has commenced or where cancellation notice was not received within a reasonable timeframe.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion. In the event that Délisia cancels a confirmed order, a full refund will be issued.
Where delivery or setup is arranged, access requirements are the responsibility of the customer. Délisia accepts no liability for delays caused by restricted access, incorrect address details, or site conditions outside our control.
Online orders processed via our Square ordering platform are subject to the terms and conditions of that platform in addition to these terms. Prices are inclusive of GST and are correct at time of publication. We reserve the right to update pricing without notice. All orders are subject to availability.
Refunds for pick-up orders are provided at the sole discretion of Délisia Panino & Espresso. Please contact us promptly if there is an issue with your order.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Délisia Panino & Espresso's liability for any claim arising from the use of our services is limited to the amount paid for the relevant product or service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages of any kind.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded by agreement.
You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website, systems, or servers, or engage in any conduct that interferes with the proper functioning of the site.
We make no warranty that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience only and we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Your continued use of our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
